The Main Experience and Review of 30 Years’Opening Up Policy in Tibet’s Rural Area

今年是我国改革开放三十周年。伴随着国家的改革开放,西藏农牧区也经历了改革开放三十年来不同的发展阶段。回顾西藏农牧区改革开放的历程,可以看到农牧区经济不断发展,社会不断进步,农牧民生活水平极大提高,所取得的成就非常显著,所获得的经验也非常丰富。在加快全面建设小康社会和建设社会主义新农村形势下,我区农牧区面临难得的发展机遇,也面临许多挑战,需要广大干部群众进一步解放思想,在科学发展观指引下,进一步推进农牧区改革,使农牧区获得更大的发展进步。

This is the 30th since China has adopted its opening up policy,so is the rural area in Tibet.In the past 30 years,great progress has been made in the area.The living standards of the farmers and nomads have been greatly improved and the economy has been constantly developed.Great achievement has been ac-compalished and rich experience has been gained.With the construction of new rural area and well-off soci-ety,the rural area in Tibet is facing a golden chance for its development and many challenges as well.There-fore,the officials need further open their minds,with the guidance of scientific development idea,promoting the rural area’s reform and making much more progress.
