摘要
科学揭示管理和伦理之间的关系及管理伦理的本质 ,对于完善人类的科学管理之道 ,充分发挥“管理也是生产力”的功能 ,具有重要意义。现行的管理伦理研究存在的一个根本缺陷是没有从理论上解决管理与伦理结合的“何以可能”问题。本文认为 ,管理伦理的发生是由管理活动和管理系统的内在要求决定的———管理本身内在地具有道德性 ;管理的道德性表现为管理的内在道德和外在道德 ,管理伦理就是这样两个方面双向互动的有机统一 ;管理的外在道德是指管理活动的合伦理性或合理性 ;管理的内在道德是指管理本身的结构和内涵所应有的道德要求 ,是管理最根本的活动准则。管理的道德性规定为解决管理与伦理结合的“何以可能”问题提供了理论基础 。
Science reveals the relationships between management and ethics and the essence of management ethics, which is of great significance for perfecting scientific management and bringing into full play the functions of management (which is also a kind of productive force). Present research fails to explain in theoretical terms how the two can be combined. The author holds that management ethics is determined by both management activities and the management system, which means management itself is imbued with ethics. The morality of management is reflected in both its internal and external aspects and management ethics is an interactive integration of the two aspects. The external morality of management refers to the reasonableness of management activities; internal morality of management to the moral requirements of the structure and its connotations of the management itself. The ethical rules of management provide a theoretical explanation for the possibility of combining management with ethics, and in addition an objective basis for the supporting role of ethics in management activities.
