摘要
叶用园银杏叶最佳采叶期为9月底至11月初,脱落素、乙烯利、氮肥+乙烯利、地膜处理不仅能提高叶黄酮含量,而且还能改变最佳采叶期的时间长短。在最佳采叶期内,脱落素、乙烯利、氮肥+乙烯利、地膜处理比对照分别提高黄酮含量16.2%、11.4%、10.0%、3.2%。方差分析表明,脱落素效果最优,乙烯利次之,其中脱落素与对照及其他处理之间、乙烯利和氮肥+乙烯利与对照、地膜处理之间差异均达极显著水平;脱落素、乙烯利、氮肥+乙烯利处理均缩短了最佳采叶期,而地膜处理则延长了最佳采叶期。
Some treatments to enhance flavonoids contents of Ginkgo biloba leaves in the leaf-utilized orchard were taken in 1999.The results indicated that the best time to collect leaves rested between the late Sept. and the early Nov.On the one hand,EA-BA(Extemal ABA),ETP(Ethephon),.Nitrogen(.N) + ETP, plastic film could increase the flavonoids contents by 16.2%,11.4%, 10.0% ,3.2% respectively when compared with CK during the best- collecting- leaf period.The results via the analysis of the sig-
nificances indicated that the effect of EABA was the best, that of ETH and N + ETH better, which had significant differences between them and CK;On the other hand, EABA, N +ETH, ETH shorten the best- collecting- leaf penod.but plastic film prolonged this period compared with CK.
