摘要
2011年9月,我院为一新生儿接种"卡介苗",很快该新生儿出现异常反应,经治几家医院于五十余天后不幸死亡,其父母遂与我单位开展了一场诉讼,嗣后撤诉。痛定思痛,在这场旷日持久的医患纠纷中,从临床诊疗规范和法律规定两个方面,给我们医疗工作者留下深刻的启示。
In in September 2011,our hospital care for a newborn vaccination'BCG',and soon the neonatal showed abnormal reaction,treated by several hospitals after fifty days the newborn boy died.Her parents took my unit has launched a lasted a litigation,withdrawal later.Learn from their mistakes,in this long-standing doctor-patient disputes,from the two aspects of the clinical diagnostic and treatment practices and legal provisions,he gave us health workers a deep inspiration.
