白脉软膏加入超声波耦合剂治疗斜方肌劳损的病例疗效观察

Curative effect observation of White vein ointment with ultrasonic coupling agent for the treatment of trapezius muscle strain cases

目的探讨用白脉软膏加入超声波耦合剂治疗斜方肌劳损的治疗效果。方法将84例斜方肌劳损的患者分为治疗组43例(用白脉软膏加入超声波耦合剂)和对比组41例(用一般超声波耦合剂)进行疗效观察比较。结果治疗组总有效率为95%,对比组总有效率为66%,二组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗组的疗效明显优于对比组的疗效。结论白脉软膏加入超声波耦合剂治疗斜方肌劳损具有显著的临床疗效,安全性好,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the curative effect observation of white vein ointment with ultrasonic coupling agent for the treatment of trapezius muscle strain cases.Methods 84cases of trapezius muscle strain were divided into treatment group(43cases with white veins join ultrasonic coupling agent ointment)and control group(41cases with general ultrasonic coupling agent),the curative effect were compared between two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment group was 95%,total effectiveness of control group was 66%,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The efficacy of the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group.Conclusion White vein ointment with ultrasonic coupling agent has significant clinical efficacy in treatment of trapezius muscle strain,the security is good,which is worthy of clinical application.
