合理的诊治流程在小儿气管支气管异物诊治中的意义

Reasonable process in diagnosis and treatment in children with tracheobronchial foreign bodies

目的探讨合理的诊治流程在小儿气管、支气管异物临床诊断和治疗中的意义。方法回顾性分析2007年7月至2012年7月间我科收治的319例气管支气管异物患儿的临床资料。所有患儿均按照科室制定的诊治流程进行诊治。结果在全部病例中,314例均取出各种不同异物,约占98.1%;6例未发现异物,占1.9%。无1例死亡。结论合理的诊治流程包括首诊医生详实的病史询问、选择必要合适的相关检查、明确诊断后的及时手术治疗以及术后对症治疗,是使气管异物患儿获得及时有效治疗、避免误诊、漏诊的关键。对家长及看护者的健康教育也在预防气管异物发生中有重要意义。

Objective This study was attempted to discuss the importance of reasonable process indiagnosis and treatment in children with tracheobronchial foreign bodies.Methods Retrospective analysis of 319cases suspicious tracheobronchial foreign bodies patients of our hospital was carried out.All the patients underwent bronchoscope to remove the tracheobronchial foreign bodies,according to the reasonable process closely.Results Except 6cases weren't found the tracheobronchial foreign bodies,313cases were diagnosed and treated timely and correctly.No death.Conclusions:Reasonable process is the key in tracheobronchial foreign bodies,including detailed inquiry,necessary and suitable examine,timely surgery,and treatment after surgery.Health care should be educated to those guardians or their parents.
