延续护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的自我护理能力和健康行为的影响

目的探讨延续护理对COPD患者自我护理能力和健康行为的影响。方法采用自我护理能力量表和健康行为量表对在我院住院的80例COPD患者进行调查,比较两组干预效果。结果干预1年后观察组的自我护理能力及健康行为方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续护理对提高患者的自我护理能力及健康行为有重要意义。

Objective To explore the effects of self-care education on the self-care agency and extended care patients with COPD.Methods 80patients with COPD in our hospital were selected and ESCA and HPL were used to assessthe self-care and health behavior.Results The intervention group was observed after 1year of self-care and health behaviours than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing nursing is important to improve the patient's self-care ability and healthybehaviour.
