1例妊高症合并血小板减少综合征和脑静脉窦血栓的护理

报告1例妊高症合并血小板减少综合征和脑静脉窦血栓的原因分析和护理。入院后给予减轻脑水肿、抑制血凝、抗炎、防止出血,功能训练、心理干预等治疗;同时针对患者围术期,给予精心护理。患者住院21天,出院时意识清楚,血压正常,无出血、脑疝、肢体深静脉血栓发生,生活基本自理。在住院过程中动态制订详实的护理计划,密切观察脑疝先兆和抗凝药物引起出血倾向的表现,做好心理、生活护理,预防并发症,重视康复期肢体的训练,患者顺利治愈出院。

Report of 1cases of pregnancy induced hypertension complicated with thrombocytopenia syndrome and comprehensive analysis of the reasons of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis and nursing.After admission to alleviate brain edema,inhibit blood coagulation,anti inflammation,prevent bleeding,functional training,psychological intervention treatment;at the same time for patients in the perioperative period,careful nursing care.Patients hospitalized for 21days,when discharged clear consciousness,blood pressure is normal,no bleeding,cerebral hernia,limb deep vein thrombosis,daily life.The detailed dynamic plan of care during hospitalization,close observation of cerebral hernia threatened and anticoagulant drugs cause bleeding tendency performance,psychological,life care,prevention of complications,rehabilitation period limb training,patients were successfully cured.
