纤维支气管镜在机械通气治疗呼吸衰竭中的应用和观察

Application and observation of fiberoptic bronchoscope in the treatment of respiratory failure by mechanical ventilation

目的研究分析在机械通气治疗呼吸衰竭期间应用纤维支气管镜的效果。方法选择我院接受治疗的70例呼吸衰竭患者,随机性将其分成观察组(在常规治疗的同时加用纤维支气管镜治疗)与对照组(常规治疗)。结果观察组患者的血气分析学指标水平、总有效率明显优于对照组。结论应用纤维支气管镜,可以迅速改善患者气道阻塞症状,有效控制感染,临床实用性、可推行性较强。

Objective to study the analysis in mechanical ventilation for the treatment of respiratory failure during the application of fiber bronchoscope.Methods our hospital for treatment of 70 patients with respiratory failure,random will be divided into observation group(at the same time of conventional treatment combined with fiber bronchoscope treatment)and control group(routine treatment).Results the observation group of patients with blood gas analysis index level,the total effective rate is better than the control group.Conclusion the application of fiber bronchoscope,can rapidly improve the symptoms of patients with airway obstruction,effective control of infection,clinical practicability,can promote sex is stronger.
