在MRI全脊柱扫描中应用Tim技术的临床价值分析

目的对在MRI全脊柱扫描中应用Tim技术的临床价值进行分析和探讨。方法从我院2013年5月-2014年5月收治的600例颈椎、胸椎和腰椎疾病的疑似患者,在对他们进行MRI全脊柱扫描时采用Tim技术,先扫描患者各脊柱部位的矢状位,如有必要还可而进行冠状位扫描。扫描之后利用合成软件完成图片拼接,构成一个全脊柱的完整图像。结果所有患者的病状情况都能在完整图像上直接明确地反映出来。结论在MRI全脊柱扫描中应用Tim技术可以对脊髓和脊柱类疾病进行全面诊断,能够清楚显示病灶部位、数量和周围组织受到影响的程度和范围大小,有助于提高疾病临床诊断的准确率,为制定科学的手术和治疗方案提供依据。

Objective to apply in the whole spinal MRI the clinical value of Tim technology is analyzed and discussed.Methods from May 2013 to May2013treated 600 cases of cervical,thoracic and lumbar disease,patients with suspected for them during the whole spinal MRI with Tim technology,scan in various parts of the spine in patients with loss of form,if necessary it can also be for coronary scanning.After scanning using synthesis software to complete image stitching,constitute a complete image of the whole spine.Results the symptoms of all patients can be clearly reflected in the full image directly.Conclusion in the whole spinal MRI Tim technology can be used in the comprehensive diagnosis on the spinal cord and spinal diseases,can clear lesion,quantity,and the surrounding tissue affected by the degree and range of size,help to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and to provide evidence for scientific operation and treatment.
