可吸收肋骨钉治疗肋骨骨折的围手术期护理观察

目的对可吸收肋骨钉治疗肋骨骨折的围手术期护理进行观察和分析。方法资料随机选取2012年5月~2013年5月我院骨科收治的肋骨骨折患者68例,将其平均分为两组,均采用可吸收肋骨钉进行治疗,给予对照组常规护理,研究组在对照组常规护理基础上给予围手术期护理,并对两组临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经治疗和护理后,研究组胸痛缓解时间、肋骨康复时间以及住院时间等,明显优于对照组;且研究组并发症发生率2.94%,明显低于对照组并发症发生率14.71%,比较均有差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对可吸收肋骨钉治疗肋骨骨折的患者进行围手术期的护理,能够有效缓解患者胸痛的时间,缩短患者肋骨康复的时间,降低患者术后并发症的发生率,值得在临床中广泛推广应用。

Objective the absorbable ribs nail in the treatment of fractured ribs perioperative nursing observation and analysis.Methods data of randomly selected from May 2012 to May 2013 68 cases of rib fracture admitted in our hospital orthopaedic patients,its average can be divided into two groups,adopt absorbable ribs nail treatment,give control group routine nursing care,the team in the control group routine nursing based on given perioperative nursing,and the two groups of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results after treatment and care,the team of chest pain relief,ribs,recovery time and hospital stay time,obviously superior to control group;And the complication rate of group 2.94%,significantly lower than the control group 14.71%incidence of complications,comparison were statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion the absorbable ribs nail in the treatment of patients with fractured ribs for perioperative nursing,can effectively alleviate the time of patients with chest pain,shorter recovery time frame patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with,is worth to be widely applied in clinical.
