摘要
目的通过研究胸外科重症监护室临床护理评分系统(TISS 28)与综合护理时间的相关性,建立综合评价回归模型,从而预测胸外科重症监护室临床护理的需求,动态合理调配护理人力。方法从胸外科重症监护室随机抽取样本63例,记录其TISS 28评分分值和24h直接护理时间,通过回归拟合数学模型。结果①不同临床护理综合评价模型与胸外科重症监护室患者直接护理时间差异有统计学意义;②胸外科重症监护室患者直接护理时间与临床护理综合评价模型有较强的正相关;③建立了TISS 28评分与护理人员配置的关系模型。结论所建立的综合评价模型与护理人员配置的关系模型在胸外科重症监护室临床护理人力资源配置预算上具有有效性和优越性。
Objective Through the study of thoracic surgery icu clinical nursing scoring system(TISS 28)and integrated nursing time correlation,to established the comprehensive evaluation of regression model,then predict thoracic surgery intensive care unit of clinical nursing demand,and dynamic and reasonable deployment of nursing manpower.Methods Random sample 63 cases of thoracic surgery from the intensive care unit,and record its 28 TISS score and 24 hdirect nursing time,then establish a mathematical model through regression fitting.Results(1)Different clinical nursing comprehensive evaluation model and thoracic surgery intensive care unit patients with direct nursing time difference was statistically significant;(2)the thoracic surgery intensive care unit patients with direct nursing time and clinical nursing comprehensive evaluation model has a strong positive correlation;(3)set up 28 TISS score and the relationship of nursing staffing model.Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation model and the relationship between nursing staffing model in thoracic surgery icu clinical nursing human resource allocation has the validity and superiority on the budget.
