中药复方利咽制剂治疗56例慢性咽炎的临床疗效观察

目的观察中药复方利咽制剂治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法 113例慢性咽炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组56例服用中药复方利咽制剂和对照组57例服用玄麦甘桔冲剂,疗程均为28天。结果治疗组总有效率78.57%,对照组总有效率57.89%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药复方利咽制剂治疗慢性咽炎具有较好的的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect oftraditional Chinese medicine compound preparation for treating chronic pharyngitis pharyngitis.Methods 113 cases of chronicpharyngitis were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group 56 cases take Chinese traditional medicinecompound Liyan formulation and control group 57 cases takeXuanmaiganjie granule,were treated for 28 days.Results treatment group total effectiveness 78.57%,the comparison group total effectiveness 57.89%,two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicinepreparation has good clinical efficacy for treatment of chronicpharyngitis.
