摘要
目的研究观察卡贝缩宫素防治宫缩乏力产后出血的临床效果。方法选择2013年4月-2014年4月期间在我院接受治疗的94例自然分娩的产妇,根据入院顺序的单双码将其分成观察组与对照组,观察组47例产妇应用卡贝缩宫素治疗;对照组47例产妇应用传统缩宫素治疗。结果观察组47例产妇在产时、产后2小时、产后24小时的出血量均明显小于对照组;且第三产程时间也显著性小于对照组,差异P<0.05有统计学意义。治疗前、后两组产妇的心率变化没有明显差异,但对照组产妇24小时血红蛋白降低程度显著性大于观察组,差异P<0.05有统计学意义。观察组产妇的临床总有效率93.62%(44/47)明显高于对照组的78.72%(37/47),差异P<0.05有统计学意义。结论卡贝缩宫素能够明显降低产妇产时、产后的出血量,减短第三产程时间,可有效预防宫缩乏力性产后出血。
Objective to study the prevention and control of observation card bei oxytocin contractions are lack of clinical effect of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods in April 2013-April 2014 treated in our hospital during the period of 94 cases of natural childbirth puerpera,according to the order of admission license code will be divided into observation group and control group,observation group of 47 cases of maternal application card bei oxytocin treatment;Control group of 47 cases of maternal traditional oxytocin treatment application.Results 47 cases of maternal in observing group,intrapartum and postpartum 2hours,24 hours postpartum haemorrhage amount were significantly less than the control group;And the third labor time also significantly less than the control group,the differences P<0.05 was statistically significant.Before and after treatment there was no significant difference between two groups of maternal heart rate change,but the extent of the control group 24 hours maternal hemoglobin was significantly greater than the observation group,differences P<0.05 was statistically significant.Observation group maternal clinical total effective rate 93.62%(44/47)was significantly higher in the control group 78.72%(37/47),differences P<0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion card bei oxytocin can significantly reduce maternal intrapartum and postpartum blood loss,shorten the third labor time,to be effective in preventing contractions fatigue sex postpartum hemorrhage.
