高砷饮水对孕期妇女T淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白及白细胞介素2水平的影响

Effect of high arsenic drinking water on the levels of T lymphocyte subsets,immunoglobulin and interleukin 2 in pregnant women

摘要 目的探讨高砷饮水对孕期妇女T淋巴细胞、免疫球蛋白和白细胞介素-2水平的影响。方法高砷饮水地区168名孕期妇女,根据水砷含量分为对照组(48例)、低暴露组(60例)和高暴露组(60例)。对所有孕期妇女尿砷含量进行检测,并检测T淋巴细胞、免疫球蛋白和白细胞介素-2水平情况。结果高暴露组尿砷、水砷含量、CD4+亚群百分含量均值、CD4+/CD8+均值、IgG、IgM与对照组、低暴露对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕期妇女长期饮用高砷水会显著降低体液免疫功能,但对白细胞介素-2水平无显著影响。 Objective To investigate the effect of arsenic in drinking water on-2level of pregnant women,T lymphocyte immune globulin and interleukin.Methods The levels of arsenic in drinking water in 168 pregnant women were divided into control group(48cases),low exposure group(60cases)and high exposure group(60cases).Urine arsenic levels in all pregnant women were detected,and the levels of T lymphocytes,immunoglobulin and interleukin-2were detected.Results High exposure urinary arsenic and arsenic content,CD4+subpopulation percentages mean,CD4^+/CD8^+ average,IgG,IgM and control group,low exposure,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionPregnant women have been drinking high arsenic water will significantly reduce humoral immune function,but there was no significant effect on the level of interleukin-2.
