2018年全国碘缺乏病实验室网络盐碘质控考核结果分析

Analysis on national external quality control result for salt iodine in 2018

目的评价参加全国碘缺乏病实验室外质控网络运行实验室的盐碘检测能力。方法采用参考值±不确定度的方法对检测结果进行评价。结果参加考核的省级实验室全部反馈并且合格;地市级实验室反馈率为99.1%,合格率为98.3%;县级实验室反馈率为99.2%,合格率为98.4%。结论此次质控考核结果显示,全国只有1.7%的地市级实验室和0.8%的县级实验室不合格。通过几年全国实验室网络的运行和持续的技术培训,各级实验室的盐碘检测能力有了明显的提高。

Objective To evaluate the testing ability for salt iodine of labs which take part in the External Independent Quality Assurance Programs for IDD labs across China.Methods To evaluate the testing results with reference value±uncertainty.Results All 30 provincial laboratories were qualified in the proficiency testing.Feedback rate was 99.1%and qualified rate was 98.3%at prefecture level.At the county level,the feedback rate and qualified rate were 99.2%and 98.4%,respectively.Conclusions The unqualified rates were only 0.6%and 1.7%,respectively at prefecture and county level.The testing ability at different level laboratories has been significantly improved through national laboratory network operation and sustained technical training.
