2008~2017年攀枝花市碘盐监测结果分析 被引量:1

Analysis on monitoring results of iodized salt in Panzhihua City from 2008 to 2017

摘要 目的了解攀枝花市居民碘盐食用情况,为持续消除碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法依据《四川省碘盐监测方案》与《四川省碘缺乏病监测方案》,在攀枝花市5县(区)随机抽取一定数量的居民户食用盐样,按照GB/T13025.7仲裁法检测碘含量。结果 2008~2017年攀枝花市共监测14 855份居民户食用盐样,碘盐覆盖率99.80%,碘盐合格率98.22%,合格碘盐食用率98.02%,非碘盐率0.20%。结论 2008~2017年攀枝花市居民碘盐覆盖率、合格碘盐食用率、碘盐合格率均达到国家消除碘缺乏病标准,但仍有非碘盐存在,需继续加强碘盐市场监管力度和居民健康教育工作。 Objective To understand the consumption status of iodized salt from residents in Panzhihua city in order to provide a scientific basis for the continuous elimination of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD).Methods According to'the iodized salt monitoring program in Sichuan Province'and'IDD surveillance program in Sichuan Province',a certain number of salt samples were randomly extracted from residents in five counties of Panzhihua city.The iodine concentrations in salt were detected by method of arbitrates with criteria in GB/T13025.7.Results 14 855 salt samples were collected from residents from 2008 to 2017 in Panzhihua city.The coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.80%;qualified iodized salt coverage rate was 98.02%;the qualified rate of iodized-salt was 98.22%;the rate of non-iodized salt was 0.20%.Conclusion For the last ten years,the coverage rate of iodized salt from residents,the qualified iodized salt coverage rate and the qualified rate of iodized salt in Panzhihua city have reached the national standard of eliminating IDD.But non-iodized salt problems still exist,which needs to continue to strengthen supervision of iodized salt market and residents’health education work.
