皓齿美白系统对氟斑牙的美白效果及牙釉质的影响探究

Effect of Opalescence whitening system on whitening effect and enamel of dental fluorosis

目的研究皓齿美白系统对氟斑牙的美白效果及牙釉质的影响。方法选择本院2017年5月至2018年9月接受治疗的63例氟斑牙患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=31)和观察组(n=32),对照组进行家庭漂白治疗,观察组进行皓齿美白系统治疗。观察两组临床疗效、牙齿敏感度;比较两组美白前后牙釉质硬度值、粗糙度及牙齿外观评分;并调查患者对美白效果的满意度。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率(93.75%)明显高于对照组(67.75%);治疗后,观察组发生牙齿敏感率为21.88%,对照组发生牙齿敏感率为67.74%,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组牙釉质硬度值无明显变化,而对照组牙釉质硬度值明显下降[(280.81±45.17)vs(264.91±49.44)];治疗后,两组患者牙釉质粗糙度均下降,且观察组明显低于对照组[(0.032±0.013)vs(0.064±0.016)];经治疗两组牙齿外观积分均显著上升,且观察组明显高于对照组[(97.73±9.61)vs(74.89±8.81)],比较差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组的总满意度(90.63%)明显高于观察组(61.29%),比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论使用皓齿美白系统治疗氟斑牙具有显著的美白效果,可有效减低牙齿敏感症状,同时对牙釉质无不良影响,是一种安全的治疗方法,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of Opalescence whitening system on the whitening effect and enamel of dental fluorosis.Methods A total of 63 patients of Fluorosis who received therapy from May 2017 to September 2018 in our hospital were selected as research objects,Randomly divided into control group(n=31)and observation group(n=32),the control group was treated with home bleaching,and the observation group was treated with Opalescence whitening system.Observe the clinical efficacy and tooth sensitivity of the two groups;Comparing the enamel hardness value,roughness and tooth appearance score before and after whitening;and investigate the patient’s satisfaction with the whitening effect.Results After treatment,The total effective rate of observation group was statistically higher than that in the control group(93.75%)vs(67.75%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the tooth sensitivity rate was 21.88%in the observation group and 67.74%in the control group.After treatment,There was no significant change in the enamel hardness value of the observation group,while the enamel hardness value of the control group decreased significantly((280.81±45.17)vs(264.91±49.44))After treatment,the enamel roughness of both groups decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group[(0.032±0.013)vs(0.064±0.016)].The appearance scores of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group[(97.73±9.61)vs(74.89±8.81)],and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the observation group[(90.63%)vs(61.29%)],and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of dental caries whitening system for the treatment of dental fluorosis has significant whitening effect,can effectively reduce the sensitive symptoms of teeth,and has no adverse effects on enamel.It is a safe treatment method and worthy of clinical promotion.
