摘要
目的分析2017年内蒙古自治区各级碘缺乏病(IDD)实验室外质控考核结果,了解各级实验室检测能力。方法尿碘测定采用砷铈催化分光光度测定方法(WS/T107.1-2016);盐碘测定采用直接滴定法(GB/T 13025.7-2012);水碘采用《适合缺碘及高碘地区水碘检测的方法研究》中0~100μg/L范围测定方法,对2017年内蒙古各级IDD实验室外质控考核结果进行统计学分析。结果除了盟市级实验室中有1家尿碘、2家水碘不合格外,其他各级实验室参加考核的项目全部合格。结论全区各级碘缺乏病实验室检测能力整体上已趋于稳定,但是个别实验室仍有波动,建议持续做好各级实验室的人员培训,仪器检定,质量控制。
Objective To analyze the results of external quality assessment(EQA)of different level labs of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD)in Inner Mongolia in 2017,to understand the detection ability of these laboratories.Methods As3+-Ce4+catalytic spectrophotometry(WS/T 107-2006)was used to measure the iodine in urine,direct titrimetric method(GB/T 13025.7-2012 3.1)was used to measure the iodized salt,and the measuring method of 0~100μg/L in determination of iodine in drinking water by As3+-Ce4+catalytic spectrophotometry was used to measure the iodine in water.The examination results of EQA of different levels of IDD labs in Inner Mongolia were statistically analyzed.Results Almost all the IDD labs were qualified except 1 lab in urine iodine test and 2 labs in water iodine test.Conclusion The detection ability of all the IDD labs tended to be stable in general,but the fluctuations of detection ability remain existence in several labs.Staff training,instrument testing and quality control should be conducted in different level labs continually.
