摘要
以流体在狭缝中的层流流动为理论基础 ,从流体泄漏和粘性摩擦引起的功率损失之和为最小的观点出发 ,建立了柴油机高压共轨电控燃油喷射系统中的精密偶件最优径向间隙值的计算公式。实例计算结果表明 ,公式是合理的 。
The radial tolerance clearance of the precise fitting pieces assembly in electronically controlled high pressure common rail fuel injection system for diesel engines will affect the performance and life of the injection system comparatively greatly,nevertheless the tolerance clearance was chosen only by experience ever before. In this paper, based on the fluid theory of laminar flow in slit flow way,the formula of optimal radial clearance was established from the viewpoint of the least sum of fluid leakage and viscous friction energy consumption. The formula put forward in this paper is rational and can be consulted in engineering application according to the calculated results.
