摘要
采用计算机可视化虚拟设计方法 ,对小型甘蔗联合收获机虚拟样机的关键部件进行了装配仿真和运动仿真研究。阐明了基于 I- DEAS软件虚拟样机仿真的设计思路及其关键技术 ,求解出各运动部件的运动参数 ,并进行了动态干涉检查 ,得到最适合实际情况的设计参数。该方法可降低设计成本 。
The assembly simulation and the mechanism simulation of key parts of virtual prototyping of a small size sugarcane combine harvester were studied by virtual design. The simulation design method and key technology of virtual prototyping based on I DEAS were discussed. The mechanism simulation provided key point's forces, displacement, velocity, acceleration and kinematic interference check. In the virtual environment, the parameters and the mechanism were modified to be suited to the reality. Finally, the fittest velocity ratio of cut help device and other required movement parameters reality were obtained, and the animation process of device and graph result function of the simulation were also provided. This method could reduce the design cost and shorten developing time of product.
