活塞式挤奶机工作性能的测试与研究

The Measurement and Study on Working Properties of a Piston Milking Machine

利用现代测试技术 ,分别在空载和带载两种状态下 ,对奶杯壁间室的真空度和压力以及气缸球阀的开启和关闭时间等进行了测试 ,获得了活塞式挤奶机壁间室真空度、压力与真空泵活塞位移的变化规律 ,并对壁间室真空度和压力的极值进行了研究。这对该类挤奶机的进一步深入研究具有重要作用。

Some experiments of a piston milking machine were carried out under loading and unloading condition by means of modern measurement technique. The relationship between vacuum, pressure of pulsation chamber of teat cup and displacement of piston, the opening time and closing time of ball valves, the maximum pressure and maximum vacuum of pulsation chamber of teat cup were obtained. The experiment results proved that the pulsation ratios and working vacuum of the piston milking machine studied don't accord with the demands of standards. It is important for studying this kind of milking machine.
