摘要 由于分布式电源(DG)出力的波动性以及渗透率的逐步提高,对电压质量和配电设备的适应性提出新的挑战,其中电压偏差与波动以及保护装置误动作是限制DG准入容量的主要因素。针对上述问题,提出以DG的选址定容作为上层优化模型,以DG逆变并网功率解耦的无功调节与主动管理措施相配合的调节方法作为下层优化模型,构建促进DG消纳的双层优化模型。在获取稳态准入容量的同时,对故障状态下该准入容量对保护装置适应性进行校验,并对各模块的薄弱环节提出相应的改进措施,形成稳态与暂态联合优化,实现DG的最大化消纳,最后通过IEEE-33节点算例证明所提方案的有效性。 Due to the distributed generation output fluctuations and the gradual increase in permeability,power quality and power equipment adaptability face new challenges.The voltage limit and the protection device malfunction are the main factors limiting the allowed penetration level of DG.In view of the above problems,this paper proposed a voltage regulation method which uses the reactive power regulation of DG inverter grid-connected power decoupling cooperated with the active management measures.When the allowed penetration level in steady state is obtained,the adaptability of the allowed penetration level to protection device in the fault condition is verified,and the improvement measures of the weak links of each module are put forward to form a joint optimization of the steady-state and transient-state,which realizes the maximization penetration level of DG,and finally the effectiveness of the scheme was proved by an in IEEE-33 node example.
