摘要
介绍了一种基于压力反馈控制的液压夯拔装置结构与工作原理 ,对其夯入过程进行了分析 ,建立了冲击系统的非线性数学模型 ,并对其运动过程进行了仿真和试验。实践证明 ,通过立柱阻力适时调节冲击系统的压力 ,可实现冲击能和冲击频率的独立无级调节 。
The hydraulic tamping and drawing device which is controlled by pressure feedback was introduced. The author analyzed the course of tamping and proposed a mathematical model of the hydraulic system. The model could be directly used in numerical calculation and simulation, and the simulation result was very close to the experimental one. It was verified that the impacting energy and frequency can be adjusted independently and steplessly by timely adjusting the impacting pressure of hydraulic system with the varying resistance of the vertical post. The hydraulic tamping and drawing device controlled by pressure feedback can save energy and raise the tamping efficiency.
