羊水栓塞相关危险因素研究进展

Research Progress on Risk Factors of Amniotic Fluid Embolism

目的讨论分析羊水栓塞相关危险因素及其进展。方法选择2016年2月于本院就诊的一例羊水栓塞患者,记录患者于本院就诊后的一系列状况以及分娩过程,并对其进行血常规等相关检查。结果羊水栓塞患者的深静脉查LCT结果报告,查见淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、红细胞及少许角化上皮。结论羊水栓塞是导致患者妊娠出现危重的原因,明确羊水栓塞发病相关的危险因素,有利于预防与诊治羊水栓塞。

Objective to discuss and analyze the risk factors and progression of amniotic fluid embolism. Methods Select 1 case of amniotic fluid embolism in our hospital during Feb.2016, to record a series of conditions and delivery process of her in our hospital, and also blood routine examination was conducted. Results the results of LCT in patients with amniotic fluid embolism were reported,and the results showed that the lymphocytes,neutrophils,red blood cells, and a few of the epithelial cells were found in the examination.Conclusion amniotic fluid embolism is the cause of pregnancy in patients with serious reasons,clear amniotic fluid embolism incidence of risk factors,is conducive to the prevention and treatment of amniotic fluid embolism.
