舒适护理在脑外科病房中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comfortable Nursing in Department of Cerebral Surgery

目的分析舒适护理在脑外科病房中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2015年11月—2016年11月本院脑外科病房收治的70例患者均分为对照组与实验组各35例,对照组接受脑外科常规护理,实验组在此基础上开展舒适护理。观察两组护理效果和护理满意度。结果实验组护理量表评分与神经功能缺损评分改善更优,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理满意度为97.1%,明显高于对照组的74.3%,二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑外科病房管理中开展舒适护理模式有助于改善患者神经功能和科室护理质量,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective to analyze the application effect of comfortable nursing in Department of cerebral surgery.Methods 70 cases of patients in Department of cerebral surgery from November 2015 to November 2016 in our hospital were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care in Department of cerebral surgery,the experimental group received the comfort care on this basis.The nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The scores of nursing scale and neurological deficit scores of the experimental group were better than those in the control group,there was statistical significance(P < 0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.1%, significantly higher than that of the control group(74.3%),there was statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion The comfortable nursing mode in the management of the Department of cerebral surgery ward is helpful to improve the neurological function and the quality of department nursing, improve the nursing satisfaction, and is worthy of popularization and application.
