摘要 β连环蛋白(β-catenin)是生物体内一种结构上高度保守的分子,在维持细胞间连接的完整性及细胞内信号转导中发挥着双重作用,β-catenin信号通路活化后促使β-catenin与TCF/LEF结合形成复合体,促进靶基因转录,参与肺的发育和维持内环境的平衡。 β catenin is a highly conserved molecular organism,plays a dual role in maintaining the integrity of the connection between cells and intracellular signal transduction,β-catenin signaling pathway activation stimulated β-catenin combine with TCF/LEF to form complex,promote the transcription of target genes involved in lung.
