老年手术患者应用瑞芬太尼与芬太尼麻醉的效果分析

目的分析老年手术患者应用瑞芬太尼与芬太尼麻醉的效果。方法选择本院自2015年7月—2016年7月期间收治的老年手术患者82例,依据来院先后顺序进行平均分组。予以芬太尼麻醉的患者作为参照组,予以瑞芬太尼麻醉的患者作为研究组,最后对两组老年手术患者的麻醉效果进行统计。结果两组患者经不同方法麻醉后,研究组患者插管前、拔管后BP、HR经对比未产统计学意义,参照组患者插管前、拔管后BP、HR经对比产生统计学意义。结论老年手术患者应用瑞芬太尼具有较高的安全性,且血流动力学也相对较优,可进一步在临床上实践与推广。

Objective to analyze the effect of remifentanil and fentanyl anesthesia in elderly patients. Methods eighty-two elderly patients were enrolled in our hospital from July,2015 to July,2016. The patients were divided into four groups. Patients were anesthetized with fentanyl as a reference group and anesthesia as the study group. Finally,the anesthetic effects of two groups of elderly patients were analyzed. Results before and after intubation,the BP and HR of the study group were statistically significant compared with those of the control group before and after intubation,and the BP and HR of the reference group before and after extubation were statistically significant significance. Conclusionremifentanil is safe and has good hemodynamics in elderly patients. It can be in clinical practice.
