糖尿病合并高血压采用厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Irbesartan Combined with Amlodipine Besylate in Diabetic Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨糖尿病合并高血压采用厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗的效果。方法选择本院2016年3月—2017年2月期间收治的80例糖尿病合并高血压患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组运用常规降糖治疗,观察组在对照组基础上运用厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,分析两组患者在治疗后有关指标情况差异。结果血糖指数上,两组差异不明显,两组对比不具备统计学意义(P>0.05);在收缩压与舒张压指数上,观察组治疗后显著低于对照组,两组对比具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并高血压采用厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗可以有效地降低血压与控制血糖指数,提升治疗效果,适宜在临床广泛运用。

Objective to investigate the effect of irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate in diabetic patients with hypertension. Methods 80 cases of diabetic patients with hypertension,the control group using conventional hypoglycemic treatment,the observation group based on the control group using irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate treatment,analysis of treatment. Results there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The blood pressure index was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion treatment of irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate in diabetic patients with hypertension can effectively reduce blood pressure and control blood glucose index and improve the therapeutic effect.
