目的探讨青春期原发性痛经采用芍药甘草汤合失笑散治疗的效果。方法研究对象为2016年2月—2017年3月期间收治的80例青春期原发性痛经患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组运用消结安胶囊药物治疗,观察组运用芍药甘草汤合失笑散治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的各效果指标差异。结果在治疗有效率上,观察组为95%,对照组为57.5%,两组对比数据具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青春期原发性痛经采用芍药甘草汤合失笑散治疗可以有效的改善疼痛状态,提升治疗疗效。

Objective to explore the effect of psoriasis licorice decoction combined with chilling powder in adolescent primary dysmenorrhea. Methods 80 cases of adolescent primary dysmenorrhea were studied. The control group was treated with Xiaojian An capsule. The observation group was treated with Shaoyao Gancao Decoction and the therapeutic effect. Results in the treatment of effective rate,the observation group was 95%,the control group was 57.5%,(P<0.05);in the degree of dysmenorrhea pain,the observation group was better than the control group,(P<0.05). Conclusion the treatment of adolescent primary dysmenorrhea with Shaoyao Gancao Decoction combined with Lost Powder can effectively improve the pain state and improve the curative effect.
