中医治疗类风湿关节炎180例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 180 Cases of Rheumatoid Arthritis Treated with Chinese Medicine

目的探讨类风湿关节炎患者行中医治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2015年5月—2017年5月于本院所收治的180例类风湿关节炎患者为研究对象,随机均分成实验组和对照组,其中实验组患者均采用四妙消痹汤进行治疗;对照组患者均行甲氨蝶呤方式进行治疗,然后在治疗一段时间后观察两组患者治疗疗效。结果实验组患者总治疗有效率为87.8%,显著高于对照组的38.9%;产生效果的时间周期为(5.21±0.4)。结论通过对类风湿关节炎患者行四妙消痹汤中医治疗法,可以显著提升治疗效果,加快患者康复,在临床实践中具有很强的应用价值。

Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy of rheumatoid arthritis treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods from May 2015—2017 year in May in our hospital treated 180 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients as the research object,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the patients were treated with four wonderful Xiaobi decoction treatment;control group were treated with methotrexate for treatment,we observed the curative effect of two groups of patients in the treatment after a period of time. Results the total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was 87.8%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(38.9%),and the time period of the effect was(5.21+0.4).Conclusion the treatment of four cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients with Chinese medicine therapy can significantly improve the effect of treatment, and accelerate the rehabilitation of patients, in clinical practice has a strong application value.
