角膜屈光手术后患者的随访依从性及影响因素调查

Research Regarding the Follow-up Visit Compliances and Influence Factors of Patients after they have Received the Refractive Surgery on Corneas

目的了解角膜屈光手术后患者的随访依从性及其影响因素。方法自行制订调查问卷,对2008年01月—2012年12月1256例角膜屈光手术后患者通过门诊随访和电话回访获取资料,进行分析。结果角膜屈光手术后患者的随访依从性与年龄、居住地、文化程度、手术后时间等因素有关。结论角膜屈光手术后患者术后随访依从性总体较好,受年龄、居住地、文化程度、手术后时间等多种因素影响。

Objective to know the follow-up visit compliances and influencefactors of patients after they have received the refractive surgery on corneas. Method prepare questionnaires and conduct clinical follow-up and telephone call-back to 1256 patients who received the refractive surgery on corneas from Jan 2008 to Dec 2012 with the purpose of obtaining information and then analyzing information. Resultthe follow-up visit compliances of patients who have received the refractive surgery on corneas are influenced by factors such as age,residential place,education background and time period after the surgery. Conclusion the follow-up visit compliances of patients who have received the refractive surgery on corneas are basically good and could be influencedby factors such as age,residential place,education background and time period after the surgery.
