摘要
目的通过儿童尺桡骨干骨折手术治疗方案中不同内固定方式疗效的对比,研究儿童尺桡骨干骨折手术治疗的最佳内固定方式。方法 53例儿童尺桡骨干骨折患者中采用弹性髓内钉固定17例,采用儿童微型钢板固定20例,儿童微型钢板+弹性髓内钉固定(以下简称"组合组")16例,对三组患者的手术中情况、术后骨折愈合情况及患肢功能情况进行比较。结果53例患者均获得随访,时间2月—7月,弹性髓内针的切口长度较钢板组及组合组明显小,手术时间短,差异有统计学意义;术中失血量、骨折愈合时间、术后功能恢复情况(采用前臂Anderson评价标准)无明显区别,差异无统计学意义。结论弹性髓内钉治疗儿童尺桡骨干骨折具有创伤小,操作简单的优势,是治疗儿童尺桡骨干骨折更佳的选择。
Objective to through the children's feet shaft fracture surgery in the treatment curative effect comparison of different internal fixation way,research on children's feet radial optimal fixation for the operative treatment of fractures in. Methods 53 patients with fracture of children's feet shaft with elastic intramedullary nail fixation in 17 cases,using miniature steel plate fixed 20 cases in children,children's miniature plate+elastic intramedullary nail fixation(hereinafter referred to as the'combination of group')in 16 cases,the situation in the operation of three groups of patients,postoperative fracture healing and limb function were compared. Results 53 patients were followed up,the time from February to July,the length of the incision of elastic intramedullary needle than plate group and combination group,the operation time is short,the difference was statistically significant;intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time,postoperative recovery(with forearm Anderson standard)has no obvious difference,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion elastic intramedullary nailing is a better choice for the treatment of radial shaft fractures in children. It has advantages of less trauma and simple operation.
