彩色多普勒超声在浅表器官结外淋巴瘤诊断中的价值

The Value of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Superficial Lymph Nodes

目的对浅表器官结外淋巴瘤采用彩色多普勒超声进行检查的应用与价值进行探讨分析。方法回顾性研究2014年9月—2016年8月于本院接受诊断与治疗的39例浅表器官结外淋巴瘤患者资料,所有患者给予采色多普勒超声检查,分析检查结果。结果共检出45个病灶,检出病灶类型为局灶型33个,弥漫型12个。结论彩色多普勒超声检测仪器具有极佳的可靠性,临床运用于对浅表器官结外淋巴瘤的诊断可行性强,准确率高,具有大力推广价值。

Objective to study the application and value of color Doppler ultrasonography in superficial organ external lymphoma. Methods a total of 39 patients with superficial lymph nodes were enrolled in this study from September 2014 to August 2016. All patients underwent color Doppler ultrasonography and analyzed the results. Results a total of 45 lesions were detected. The type of lesion was 33,and diffuse type was 12. Conclusion color Doppler ultrasonography is an excellent method for the diagnosis of extracorporeal lymphoma in superficial organs. It is highly effective and accurate.
