浅谈创伤骨科护理风险管理

Nursing Risk Management in Trauma Department of Orthopedics

医疗护理风险管理指的是针对患者、环境、药物、医务人员、医疗设备、医疗护理制度等主体中可能存在的风险进行管理的活动,创伤骨科的护理风险存在于整个护理过程中,如果在护理中造成护理缺陷或事故,会对患者造成无法估量的伤害,所以护理人员在此过程中一定要努力提高自身的护理水平和责任意识,以规范的护理防止护理纠纷发生,为患者提供高效、优质的护理服务。

The medical nursing risk management refers to the management activities against the possible risk patients,environment,medicine,medical personnel,medical equipment,medical care system in the body,trauma department of orthopedics nursing risk exists in the whole process of care,if the cause of nursing defects or accidents in nursing care,can cause immeasurable damage to the patients,so the nursing staff in the process to improve the level of nursing ability and sense of responsibility of their own,to standardize the nursing to prevent nursing disputes,to provide efficient and high-quality nursing service for patients.
