优质护理服务在急诊科护理中的推广与应用效果分析

Analysis of Popularization and Application of High Quality Nursing Service in Emergency Department

目的分析在常规护理中使用优质护理服务对急诊治疗效果及护理质量的影响。方法选取2016年1月—2016年12月急诊100例患者,随机分为研究组50例和对照组50例,两组患者均进行基础康复治疗,对照组进行常规护理治疗,研究组则使用优质护理服务,比较两组的满意度和遵医行为评分。结果研究组患者,满意度好于对照组,遵医行为好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急诊常规护理的同时,实施优质护理服务,可以提升患者在护理中的依从性,对于提升临床质量是必要的,值得进一步推广。

Objective to analyze the effect of the use of high quality nursing service in nursing of emergency treatment and nursing quality. Methods from January 2016 to December 2016 during the 100 emergency patients were randomly divided into study group(n=50)and control group(n=50),two groups of patients were performed based rehabilitation therapy,the control group was given routine nursing treatment,the study group is the use of high quality nursing service,satisfaction score and compliance behavior were compared between the two groups. Results the study group patients satisfaction,better than the control group,the compliance is better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion in the conventional emergency nursing at the same time,the implementation of high quality nursing service,can enhance the compliance in the care of patients is necessary to improve clinical quality,and is worthy of further promotion.
