产科护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病疾病护理中的效果研究

Effect of Obstetrical Nursing Intervention on Nursing Care of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨产科护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病疾病护理中的应用效果。方法选取2015—2016年收治的84例妊娠糖尿病患者进行分析,将患者随机的分成观察组和对照组,每组42例,对照组的患者采用常规护理的方式,观察组的患者采用产科护理干预,对两组患者的护理满意度进行分析。结果对照组产妇的剖宫产率明显高于观察组,观察组出现胎膜早破、早产等病症的例数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病患者中,采用产科护理干预,可以有效的改善妊娠结局,使患者的血糖指标处于稳定,值得在临床上应用。

Objective to investigate the effect of obstetric nursing intervention in nursing care of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods From 2015 to 2016 84 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were involved in the study. The 84 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases in each group, the control group were treated with routine nursing care, the observation group were treated with obstetric nursing intervention. The preg nancy outceme and blood glucose indexes of two groups were analyzed. Resultsthe cesarean section rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group, and the number of cases of premature rupture of membranes and premature birth in the observation group was less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion obstetric nursing intervention can effectively improve the pregnancy outcome in gestational diabetes mellitus patients, and make the blood glucose index in patients stable. It is worthy of clinical application.
