甘精胰岛素联合甲巯咪唑治疗老年糖尿病并发甲亢的临床效果分析

Insulin Combined a Sulfhydryl Imidazole Analysis of Clinical Effect for the Treatment of Senile Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Hyperthyroidism

目的探讨甘精胰岛素与甲巯咪唑联合治疗老年糖尿病并发甲亢的治疗效果。方法选取我院内科收治的94例老年糖尿病患者纳入本次研究当中,并按双色球随机分组法分为治疗组和对照组,每组47例,对照组仅接受甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组联合甲巯咪唑治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组空腹血糖、2 h餐后血糖水平改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年糖尿病并发甲亢患者采用甘精胰岛素联合甲巯咪唑治疗,效果显著,且安全性高。

Objective to probe into the treatment effects of insulin glargine combined with methimazole in treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperthyroidism. Methods 94 cases of elderly patients with diabetes and who treated in our hospital of Department of internal medicine were selected and included in this study,and the patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group by the double chromosphere random grouping method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group were received only insulin glargine,while the observation group were given combined with methimazole treatment.Then,the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results the improvement of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in observation group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The adverse reaction rate between the observation group and the control group were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion the elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperthyroidism treated with insulin glargine combined with methimazole treatment,which the effects are significant and the safety is high.
