外科护理工作中的安全隐患分析及防范措施

Safety Hazard Analysis and Preventive Measures in Surgical Nursing Work

目的探讨分析在外科护理工作中存在的安全隐患,并根据具体情况制定安全防范措施,服务于临床护理工作。方法通过结合之前在外科护理工作中发生过的安全问题如未完全按照医嘱进行工作、工作人员的责任意识还有待提高、对护士的培训还尚有不足之处,遵守的服务理念还有些落后、没有足够的法律观念等,进行制定有针对性的防范措施,注重与医生导师工作之间的协同合作关系、加强对自身工作的责任意识、强调培训需要综合性的重要性等,达到有效防范相关隐患、提高服务水平的目的。结果展开制定的一系列措施后,在外科护理的工作中发生安全事故的情况从原有的2.31%降低到了0.36%,患者对工作人员的护理满意度从原有的85.43%提高到了99.11%,产生的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在当前阶段的外科护理工作中仍有较多的安全隐患存在,结合实际进行一系列有效的防范措施,可以进一步减少护理工作中有关安全事故的发生,增强了对患者生命安全的保障的同时提高了患者对护理人员的工作质量的满意度。

Objective to explore and analyze the hidden dangers in the surgical nursing work,and to formulate safety precautions according to the specific conditions. Methods the safety of workers such as not fully in accordance with the prescribed work,through a combination of problems before surgical nursing work occurred in the sense of responsibility needs to be improved,lack of training for nurses,comply with the service concept of some backward,there is no legal idea enough,to develop targeted preventive measures,and pay attention to cooperative relationship,to strengthen their work sense of responsibility,emphasizing the importance of comprehensive training needs between the doctor tutor work,to effectively prevent relevant risks and improve service level objectives. Results launched a series of measures,the safety accidents in surgical nursing work situation reduced from the original 2.31% to 0.36%,nursing satisfaction of staff increased from the original 85.43% to 99.11%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05)generation. Conclusion a series of effective preventive measures combined with practice can reduce the occurrence of safety accidents in nursing work.
