老年高血压患者手术麻醉中异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼的效果

Effect of Propofol Combined with Remifentanil on Surgical Anesthesia in Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨瑞芬太尼联合异丙酚用于老年高血压手术麻醉的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月在我院就诊的90例需要进行手术的老年高血压患者进行临床研究,随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组患者接受瑞芬太尼静脉推注,治疗组患者接受瑞芬太尼联合异丙酚皮下注射,观察比对两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组的不良反应比对照组少,差异具有显著统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗组的术中生命指标优于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论瑞芬太尼联合异丙酚在老年高血压手术麻醉中能够稳定生命体征、减少不良反应,具有较好的临床效果。适于临床推广使用。

Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy of remifentanil combined with propofol in the anesthesia of elderly hypertension. Methods from January 2015 January-2016 for clinical research in our hospital 90 patients need surgery of elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group received remifentanil intravenous injection,the treatment group received remifentanil combined with propofol subcutaneous injection,compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results the adverse reactions in the treatment group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05. The intraoperative life index of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion remifentanil Combined with propofol can stabilize vital signs and reduce adverse reactions during operation anesthesia for elderly patients with hypertension,and has good clinical effect. Suitable for clinical use.
