Study on Quality Control of Cleaning,Disinfection and Sterilization in Hospital Disinfection Supply Center

目的探讨医院消毒供应中心清洗消毒灭菌质量控制方法与效果。方法四川绵阳四○四医院消毒供应中心自2016年9月开始实施强化清洗消毒灭菌质量控制,抽取该质控模式实施前(2015年9月—2016年8月)和实施后(2016年9月—2017年8月)清洗消毒的器械320件和340件,分别统计实施前后抽取器械的清洗、消毒合格率。结果强化清洗消毒灭菌质量控制实施后,器械清洗合格率(98.24%)、消毒合格率(97.94%)显著高于实施前(91.65%、90.63%),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论医院消毒供应中心积极实施全方位、针对性的强化清洗消毒灭菌质量控制,可有效提高质量管理水平,有助于医院感染管理与控制。

Objective to investigate the quality control methods of disinfection,disinfection and sterilization in hospital disinfection supply center. Methods the hospital disinfection and supply center began to strengthen the cleaning disinfection and sterilization quality control since September 2016,the implementation of the quality control before extraction mode(September 2015—2016 August)and after(September 2016—2017 8)the cleaning and disinfection of equipment 320 and 340,respectively,the statistics before and after the implementation of cleaning and disinfection equipment from the qualified rate. Result after the implementation of quality control of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization,the rate of qualified cleaning(98.24%)and the rate of disinfection qualification(97.94%)were significantly higher than those before implementation(91.65%,90.63%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion hospital disinfection supply center actively implements comprehensive and targeted quality control of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization,which can effectively improve the quality management level and help hospital infection management and control.
