膝关节骨性关节炎双侧同期全膝关节置换和单侧膝关节置换的临床疗效比较

Knee Osteoarthritis Bilateral Total Knee Replacement,the Same Period and Compare the Clinical Curative Effect of Unilateral Knee Joint Replacement

目的比较膝关节骨性关节炎双侧同期和分期膝关节置换的临床疗效。方法 2015年8月—2016年9月期间,选择我院膝关节骨性关节炎患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组行双侧同期全膝关节置换,对照组患者分期治疗,比较两组相关指标。结果两组平均手术时间、出血量以及HSS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后VAS疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论同期双侧膝关节置换的手术时间长,出血量较多,但是有着更好的治疗疗效。

Objective to compare the clinical curative effect of bilateral and staging knee replacement in knee osteoarthritis. Methods 80 patients with osteoarthritis of knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were selected from August 2015 to September 2016,randomly divided into observation group and control group. The total knee replacement was observed in the observation group,and the control group was treated by stage treatment. Results the average operation time,blood volume and HSS score of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of postoperative VAS pain scores(P>0. 05). Conclusion bilateral knee joint replacement surgery over the same time is long,the bleeding is more.
