慢性牙周炎基础治疗联合牙周维护治疗的分析

Analysis of Basic Treatment and Periodontal Maintenance Treatment for Chronic Periodontitis

目的分析慢性牙周炎基础治疗联合牙周维护的治疗效果。方法选取我院102例慢性牙周炎患者分为对照组和观察组治疗。结果观察组的平均牙齿缺失情况和牙龈附着能力恢复得要比对照组好,两组相比较而言,差异较为明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性牙周炎患者应用基础治疗联合牙周维护治疗提高临床治疗有效率,延长患者的牙齿寿命,并且有利于患者尽早康复,值得推广。

Objective to analyze the effect of periodontal therapy combined with periodontal care in chronic periodontitis. Method select 102 cases of chronic periodontitis in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group. Results the average tooth loss and gingival adhesion ability of the observation group were better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion the basic treatment combined with periodontal maintenance treatment can improve the efficiency of clinical treatment,prolong the tooth life of patients and help patients recover as soon as possible. It is worth popularizing.
