探讨肠内营养液对日常生活能力受限的老年营养不良患者的疗效

Objective to Investigate the Effect of Enteral Nutrition Solution on Elderly Malnutrition Patients with Limited Daily Living Ability

目的分析肠内营养液对日常生活能力受限的老年营养不良患者的临床治疗效果。方法收集广东省广州市番禺区中心医院2012年8月—2013年8月期间诊治的日常生活能力受限的老年营养不良患者68例作为研究对象,以抛硬币的方式分为试验组与对照组,每组患者各34例。对照组患者采用常规流质饮食模式,试验组患者应用肠内营养液,对两组患者治疗前后体质指数、血清白蛋白、血清总蛋白、血红蛋白含量进行分析对比。结果研究结果显示,两组患者治疗前者应用肠内营养液,对两组患者治疗前后比较无明显差异(P>0.05),经治疗后均得到明显改善(P<0.05),且试验组改善水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肠内营养液对日常生活能力受限的老年营养不良患者具有良好的临床疗效,能有效促进患者营养状况改善,值得在临床应用上推广。

Objective to analyze the clinical effects of enteral nutrition solution on elderly malnutrition patients with limited daily living ability. Methods in our hospital from August 2012—2013 year in August during the diagnosis and treatment of daily life ability is limited in elderly patients with malnutrition in 68 cases as the research object,by tossing a coin into the experimental group and control group,each of the 34 cases of patients. The control group was treated with conventional liquid diet,test group of patients with enteral nutrition were compared before and after treatment in two groups of patients with body mass index,serum albumin,serum total protein,hemoglobin content. Results show that the application of enteral nutrition liquid in the treatment of patients in the two groups,no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),after treatment were significantly improved(P<0.05),and to improve the level of experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion enteral nutrition solution has good clinical effect on elderly malnutrition patients with limited daily living ability,can effectively promote the nutritional status of patients,and is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
