乳腺癌在彩色多普勒超声检查中的表现探究

The Expression of Breast Cancer in Color Doppler Ultrasound Examination

目的探讨乳腺癌在彩色多普勒超声检查中的表现及价值。方法取2016年6月—2017年6月间湖南省株洲市二医院收治的80例乳腺癌患者进行研究,对所有患者均进行彩色多普勒超声检查,分析患者的诊断效果。结果患者实施彩色多普勒超声检查对乳腺癌的诊断准确率96.3%与病理检查100.0%相比无明显差异,P>0.05。彩色多普勒超声检查时显示患者乳腺肿块边界不清晰,19例患者病灶向皮肤行蟹足样、毛刺状、菜花状浸润,后方回声减弱,内部为片状低回声。病灶内部血流丰富。结论乳腺癌在彩色多普勒超声检查中运用价值显著。

Objective to investigate the value and features of breast cancer in color Doppler ultrasonography. Methods the study was performed in 80 cases of breast cancer patients from June 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital,all the color Doppler ultrasound examination in all patients,the diagnosis results were analyzed. Results the patients with color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis the accuracy rate of 96.3% for breast cancer and pathological examination in 100% and no significant differences in P>0.05,color Doppler ultrasonography examination showed that patients with breast tumor boundary is not clear,19 cases of patients with lesions to the skin for crab like cauliflower,burr,after infiltration. The echo was attenuated and the inner surface was hypoechoic. The internal blood flow of the lesion was rich. Conclusion breast cancer is of great value in color Doppler ultrasonography.
