妇科护理中开展优质护理服务的价值评估

Valuation of Quality Nursing Services in Gynecological Nursing

目的探讨妇科护理中开展优质护理服务的价值评估。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月来我院妇科接受治疗的患者100名作为本次观察对象,采用抽签法均分为观察组与对照组,常规护理对照组的患者护理人员对其采取基础护理措施,对观察组的患者,护理人员对其加强护理干预措施,采用新型的护理干预模式,在优质护理干预模式下,观察两组患者的护理满意度。结果优质观察组患者中非常满意的占(76%),比较满意(24%),而对照组中非常满意的占(42%),比较满意(40%),满意占(18%),观察组明显优于对照组,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论在妇科开展优质护理服务,能有效的提升临床护理服务满意度,值得在临床上推广。

Objective to explore the value evaluation of high quality nursing service in gynecology nursing. Method from February 2016 to February 2017,100 patients receiving gynecological treatment in our hospital were selected as the object of this observation,The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by the draw method,The patients in the routine nursing care group received basic nursing measures,The patients in the observation group,Nursing staff to strengthen their nursing intervention measures,New nursing intervention model was adopted,Under the mode of high quality nursing intervention,The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was observed. Result the patients in the high quality observation group were very satisfied(76%),Relatively satisfactory(24%),The control group was very satisfied(42%),Relatively satisfactory(40%),Satisfaction accounted for(18%),The observation group was better than the control group,(P<0.05)the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion develop quality care services in gynecology,It can effectively improve the satisfaction degree of clinical nursing service,It is worth popularizing in clinic.
