经腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术的围手术期护理

Perioperative Nursing Care of Laparoscopic Hiatal Hernia Repair

目的观察护理干预应用在经腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术围手术期护理中的效果。方法选取新汶矿业集团莱芜中心医院行经腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术治疗的100例食管裂孔疝患者分观察组和对照组,各50例;予以对照组常规护理,予以观察组护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组并发症发生率8%,对照组并发症发生率28%,对比有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论护理干预应用在经腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术围手术期护理中,可以降低并发症发生率,缩减患者的住院时间,值得推广。

Objective to observe the effect of nursing intervention on perioperative nursing care of patients undergoing laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair. Methods our hospital underwent laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair in the treatment of 100 cases of esophageal hiatal hernia patients were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each;the control group to conventional nursing,the observation group given nursing intervention,nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results the complication rate of the observation group was 8%,and that of the control group was 28%,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion the application of nursing intervention in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair can reduce the incidence of complications and reduce the length of hospital stay. It is worth popularizing.
