健康教育在小儿癫痫患者护理中应用的价值分析

摘要 目的分析健康教育在小儿癫痫患者护理中应用的价值。方法 2015年3月—2016年4月,医院收治小儿癫痫家属参与健康教育为基础的疾病管理计划46例,纳入观察组。同期,收治小儿癫痫家属未参与健康教育为基础的疾病管理计划42例,纳入对照组,常规护理。对比两组小儿癫痫患者家属癫痫家庭护理知识评分,两组患儿家属出院后6个月复查不当行为发生情况。结果观察组家庭护理知识评分(51.3±5.6)分,高于对照组(35.4±8.6)分。观察组让患儿自行用药/督促不到位、家属擅自更改剂量或停药、对患儿的态度改变、未培养患儿良好的生活规律、未严格的控制饮食率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组与对照组让患儿独立到危险地方活动、未能定期复查发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健康教育为基础的疾病管理计划有助于提高小儿癫痫家庭护理质量。 Objective to analyze the application of health education in nursing care of patients with epilepsy in children in value. Methods from March 2015 to April 2016,the hospital admitted to pediatric epilepsy families involved in the disease management program of health education based on 46 cases in the study group. During the same period,were not involved in the families of children with epilepsy health education based disease management program in 42 cases,included in the control group,routine nursing. Compared two groups of children with epilepsy epilepsy family family nursing knowledge score,the incidence of 6 months improper behavior of two groups of children with families after discharge. Results the observation group family nursing knowledge score(51.3+5.6)points higher than The control group(35.4+8.6). The observation group let children self medication/supervision is not in place,the families of unauthorized dose or withdrawal,change of children's attitude,not the law of life with good training,not a strict diet was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the observation group the control group and let children independence to the dangerous place,failed follow-up no statistically significant difference in the incidence(P>0.05). Conclusion the disease management program based health education helps to improve the quality of nursing home children with epilepsy.
