老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后早期康复护理研究

Study on Early Rehabilitation Nursing of Elderly Femoral Neck Fracture after Total Hip Arthroplasty

目的对老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后早期康复护理进行深入分析和研究。方法收集甘肃省康乐县人民医院2016年5月—2017年5月收治的110例老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术患者作为研究对象,随机分为A组(进行常规护理干预)和B组(进行早期康复护理),每组55例,对比两组患者护理之后的髋关节功能评分。结果 B组患者在术后1周、术后1个月以及术后6个月的Harris髋关节评分明显高于A组患者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后患者实施早期康复护理的效果非常突出,能够十分有效地促进患者的髋关节恢复,因此可进行临床推广应用。

Objective to analyze and study the early rehabilitation nursing of total hip replacement in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods 110 cases of femoral neck in our hospital from May 2016—2017 year in May were fracture patients undergoing total hip replacement as the research object,randomly divided into A group(routine nursing intervention)and group B(early rehabilitation nursing),55 cases in each group,compared two groups of patients with hip joint function score after nursing. Results the scores of Harris hip joint in B group were significantly higher than those in group A at 1 weeks,1 months after operation and 6 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05. Conclusion the femoral neck fractures in the elderly patients after total hip replacement effect of early rehabilitation nursing is very important,can effectively promote the recovery of patients with hip joint,it can be carried out in clinical application.
