血液透析护理风险管理的对策及效果分析

The Countermeasures and the Effect of Hemodialysis Nursing Risk Management Analysis

目的研究分析血液透析护理风险管理的对策及效果。方法选取2013年1月—2017年6月在我院就诊的血液透析患者60例,按照随机分配的原则,将其分为研究组和对照组。其中,给予对照组患者常规护理干预,研究组患者在常规护理干预的基础上给予风险管理模式。结果研究组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血液透析护理风险管理,能够有效降低患者不良反应的发生率,提高患者的护理满意度和风险意识,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective to study the analysis of the countermeasures and the effect of hemodialysis nursing risk management. Methods in January 2013-June 2017 in our hospital 60 cases of hemodialysis patients,according to the principle of random distribution,it can be divided into research group and the control group. Among them,the control group patients' routine nursing intervention,on the basis of conventional nursing intervention group patients give risk management model. Results the team and nursing satisfaction of patients was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions obviously lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion hemodialysis nursing risk management,can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to patients,improve patient satisfaction with care and risk awareness,worthy of further popularization and application in clinic.
